Job Description
To tackle complaints like non-receipt of product / service, delay in services, problem in service delivery, defective product, non-working product, etc. Preparing Excel sheet for Service Reports, quotations, purchase order & product warranty & submit to HOD. Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations. Setup Director’s travel arrangements. Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors. Maintain Director’s daily record. Prepare and maintain Director’s expense report. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. Create, write down, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes. Meet and greet clients and visitors. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Supervise support staff.
Requirements
Post: Office Secretary (Female).
Job Location: Mulund (W).
Age Limit: 25 to 30 Years.
Qualification: Completed Graduation.
Technical Skills: Well conversant to the operating system such as Microsoft Windows 2007, MS-DOS, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point, Tally, MS-Access & E-mail system likes Ms-outlook mail and Internet.
Work Experience: 2 to 3 years in Admin/ Secretarial Work.
